Cost per page
A cost per page plan is like paying for electricity by the unit instead of buying a generator and its fuel. Toner, parts, labour and service visits are already divided into the page rate, so you are paying for pages you actually printed.
Mono
Mono just means black and white, printed with black toner only. It is the difference between a long black and a flat white, one ingredient instead of several, and it costs less per cup. Most offices print far more mono than they expect.
Page allowance and the per page rate
Your page allowance works like the data on a mobile phone plan. The monthly figure covers a set number of pages, and anything past that is charged at a set rate per page, written into the agreement before you sign rather than decided later.
Consumables
Consumables are the parts a printer eats. Toner, drums and waste bottles, the same way a car goes through oil, filters and tyres. On a monthly plan they sit inside the figure instead of arriving as separate invoices.
Multifunction

Yes. PRIME rents printers and copiers on short and long term plans, with one monthly bill covering the machine, toner, parts and servicing.
Rentals start with $0 upfront, and the plan scales when your print volume changes. Buying outright stays available for offices that want to own hardware.
